These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SEObolt, a product of Royal Plugins ("we", "us", "our"), including the website at seobolt.io and the application at app.seobolt.io (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
The Service offers paid subscription plans (Growth, Scale, Agency) with different feature limits. Plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days notice.
Plugin license holders (SEObolt Pro Business or Agency) receive SaaS access included with their license at no additional cost, subject to the tier mapping described on our pricing page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days.

Our use of Google API data is subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy. You retain ownership of all data you submit or connect to the Service. We claim no ownership of your Google Search Console or Analytics data.
AI-powered features (LLM Rankings, content generation) use third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic). When using Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) mode, your API keys are stored encrypted and used exclusively for your requests. We are not responsible for charges incurred on your API provider accounts when using BYOK.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for data loss due to third-party service outages (Google, Vercel, etc.).
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Royal Plugins. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission. SEObolt and the lightning bolt logo are trademarks of Royal Plugins.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Plugins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export before account deletion.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
